Remote Teaching with the Cyber-Physical Mobility Lab

Self-driving laboratories receive increasing acceptance as they are used in research and education. For research, mainly serve a platform on which algorithms can be tested under realistic conditions before getting deployed into the real world. In education, add value by creating reference to reality offer an application for theoretical knowledge. combination with fact that practical work is well appreciated among students, such setup helps motivate thus enhance learning experience. However, not every institution has capabilities create self-driving lab its own. Instead, open-source remotely accessible laboratories, like our Cyber-Physical Mobility Lab (CPM Lab) engage domain of networked autonomous vehicles. By means two courses, we demonstrate CPM Lab. These courses either groundwork develop own lectures this domain, or directly since course materials open-source.
